nylon coated material is made of steel wire through a special process, a very thin layer of nylon outside the package, and then through the double ring forming machine direct molding.

0.60mm ,0.70mm ,0.80mm,0.90mm ,1.00mm ,1.20mm ,1.50mm,2.00mm ,etc.






Nylon coated wire is also called polyamide. Its surface is smoother. It has the characteristics of smooth surface, strong adhesion, abrasion resistance, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and it is not easy to break. It has stronger toughness and self lubrication and low temperature resistance.









Polyurethane rubber material, are widely used in many fields, the conventional rubber rubber hardness of 80~85 degrees, the color is transparent yellow, more requirements for molding equipment, nylon coated wire, ceramic factory, binding double wire, electric and construction both elastic and wear resistance of the workplace.

The polyurethane elastomer can not only be the same and the general rubber plastication, mixing and vulcanization molding technology; at the same time it also can be made into liquid rubber, casting molding or spraying, pouring, centrifugal molding; also can be made into granules, and the same general plastics, extrusion and injection molding, blow molding, calendering technology etc..
